  Empire State Building Ownership                       
    
      There are fifty years of records that Empire State Building Associates L.L.C. is the
sole property owner of the Empire State Building's Master Lease, Building and Land.

      In the planned sale of the Empire State Building, to Empire State Realty Trust, Inc., the “supervisor” asserts, for the first time, that 50% of the $2.5 billion sale goes to Empire State Building Company L.L.C., the sublessee.  

       The 50% share is worth $1.25 billion.  From that, the sublessee majority owner, Helmsley Trust, would receive $796 million.  The supervisor’s family and partners take;  $296 million.
